Say you have a loader and you want to swap between a bucket and some other attachment, like a manure fork or grapple. I know they have 3ph quick-attach devices, but is there such a thing for loader attachments?

Yes,
I ordered a Bobcat style quick attach for the loader with my Kioti DK.
Flip 2 levers on the quick attach and drop the bucket, hook up to forks or other attachments,lock down the 2 levers and your off.Total time around 2 minutes.
Many skid steer forks or buckets Etc. are compatable with this type system. ....
