I have about 18 hours on the new tractor and will be putting atleast 20-40 more this week to 10 days. I am planning on greasing and following the book before I start use this weekend. Will do the 50 hour fluid changes after this week. Anything you can think of that I should do besides grease with 18 hours on it? Any trick or gremlins to watch out for?
Thanks

Yes, crawl over it top to bottom with a torque wrench making sure all the bolts are tight ESPECIALLY the lug bolts. On new machines the bolts tend to work loose for several reasons, among which are paint under them compresses and works it's way loose and bolts stretch. The torque specs should be in your manual. ....

I would think that that 10 hour interval for grease is just a suggestion. If you're going to use the loader hard all day for eight or ten hours it would make some sense to grease things again when you stop for lunch. There's alot of force on the bushings and really nothing to keep the grease from squeezing out.
