I would like to hear from those indidviduals that have a Curtis Cab on their Kubota L30 series tractrs. I would like to know which accessories they recommend. Do you need a heater, defroster fan, work lights or the switch panel/fuse block kit?

You need to define your use (seasons, climates, type of use conditions, etc.)
I have a factory enclosed cab on my skid steer with factory heat (no A/C). It's handy to keep out dust and debris as it has a filtration system---and at the end of the day I don't look like a raccoon. In 90 degree temps I run the Temp. control Off with the fan blowing on High. It's not AA/C but sure helps.
Keep in mind that like in a car, any appreicable temp difference where the outside air is colder than your breath the windows will fog. And once your body temp rises or perspires inside the cab that will fog the windows too.
I have operated backhoes with cabs and no (working) heat in sub zero temps loading snow. I had to run with the windows open to prevent frost on the windows. After 10 or so hours you hardly notice how cold it really is (NOT!) ....

I use the tractor for mowing grass in the summer at which tiem I will probably take the doors off. However, I wil be using it to plow snow in Northern Wisconsin. In the past I had an IH 886 tractor with the same type of set up and I didn't have any heat and didn't have a problem. However, that was a lot bigger cab. ....

I have a 2910 with the Curtis Cab, removable canvas doors and back curtain. Also have the heater and switch box. I use the tractor to operate my snow blower and my loader for winter use.
I have not been impressed with Curtis products in the past but the cab is decent and I love the heater! It usually drives me out so I need to switch it on and off, but during some of the extreme cold, high winds and heavy snow in February it was just keeping up with the window deicing. I had the fan installed too, which I would not be without.
The one thing I would caution you about is mowing and storage clearance. Do you have any areas your tractor must go which requires folding down the ROPS? If not, you will love having a cab.
