Recently purchase a Yanmar YM2000 tractor. A fuel leak has developed, spraying fuel, from the top of the glass filter container. What has caused this problem? How do I repair?

There is a seal at the top of the glass bowl. Often these seals will harded over time and will be difficult to reseal. I have had the old cork seal fall out when I pulled the bowl and not notice it fall to the ground. The cork can be camouflaged on the ground. ....
