I am having a problem with the control vale on my kubota BF300 FEL. The lift valve works fine. the curl/dump valve is my problem. With no load the valve works ok. But with a load the dump direction will stall or send fluid in the wrong direction to the cylinder. I have tried different cylinders, checked the relief valve and disassembled the valve to check for FOD.I would appreciate any help.

Rck

First off, welcome!!! :)

As for your loader, it sounds like one of two possible problems.

First, and most likely, one of the quick disconnect fittings is not seated properly.

Secondly, the internal seals in the valve are leaking.

Start with checking all the quick disconnects.

Best of luck. ....

I can't see the load check valve having any malfunction that would do what you're talking about.

In my experience any time a pilot operated lock goes bad it's the same thing, it just stops working. Period. No funny symptoms.

Best of luck. ....
