Yesterday, I noticed a little hydraulic fluid on the 4-way valve for the loader. I cleaned it up before I put the tractor away for the afternoon. This morning, a small bit was there again. Just enough to make a small drop on the floorboard, but no more. Is this normal or might there be a bad seal or ?? on one of the couplers?

Could be a couple of things, cold weather causing shrinkage of the seals or leaving one or more loader circuits under load.
The wife's bimmer has a hydraulic auto suspension leveling system, in the winter it leaves a drop or two every time you park it for the night, it never happens in the summer.
Best of luck. ....

Many fittings and couplers leak a bit. Some people want to fix them and some don't. I'm pretty tolerant to small leaks myself.
For repairs, couplers have o-rings that are usually fairly easy to replace. Tape or liquid seal can be used on fittings (but only apply it to the upper third of threads). This stuff should be needed if fittings are in good shape--so use should be optional. The cause of a leaky fitting is more often the threads or seats rather than the tightness. There are torque values for tightening fittings and over-tightening them can make them leak worse. ....
