having problem with hyd on d26f hyd won't raise or lower, fuse on outside of fuse bock open. no print.

I read it the fuse is blown, so the first step would seem to be try replacing it. If it blows then trace looking for short in the wiring system.

What you mean by no print have no idea. Do you mean there is no decal giving the the size of the fuse or no wiring diagram or something else. ....
