A Lady that lives near me has a Farmall Cub setting in her Field. She wants to sell it but unsure of what to ask. It has pretty good tires and good Canadian chains on the rear, wide front end, A single land plow and hasn't been running for almost a year and the exterior looks ok. She knows nothing about the tractor, ie, how it ran, what year it is, problems etc. What is the least it is worth?

Well, you need to try and determine the year. If you can get the serial number, you can look on Tractortips.com and determine the year. Cubs were made from 1947 to 1979 so. The price goes from 700 to 3500 on the low end depending on year and condition. Machinerlink.com has the pricing if you can determine the year.
Sorry I can not be of more help, but I guess it requires a little leg work.
