I replaced the lift pump and I'm still not getting fuel. I'm told the injector pump needs to be timed when its installed. Any idea on where to get the literature to do this or a service shop in the phoenix area?

Workhorse is not sufficient information to ID the tractor to get help.
Find the ID tag on the tractor and give us more information. Also, there should be a data tag on the engine and that information would be helpful. ....
