Hi, My 254 has a problem & I don't know what it is, it seems to be in the transmission or possibly the clutch. It has very limited power in low gear, and not enough to even move the tractor in high when using the loader attachment. I seems to be hesitating before going into gear. I've checked the transmission fluid & added a little. Any suggestions? Thanks!

The amount of motive power available in High range on these 200 series is quite underwhelming to me. I did almost everything in Low range.
You HAVE tried using Low range - right?
