All Hydralic cylinder on rear leak down and at times won't pull up hill.
Does anyone know were to start

All hyd cyls eventually need service or replacing. Take them off and bring them to a hydraulics shop for rebuilding (usually new seals) or order new replacements with the same measurements. ....
