I have a tc40da that makes a chattering noise mostly when you turn the tractor to left or right, but sometimes when you start off straight. You can take off real slow and it will not do it. The noise seems to come from the front. this is a 2006 module with 49 hours. does anyone know what this could be.

Is it four wheel drive? If so have you checked to see if front axle/hubs have oil in them or the drive shaft is greased or loose? ....

"this is a 2006 module"--do you mean "model"?
Do you have Sensitrack with Supersteer? If yes check that the return spring that is exposed at the front U-joint (has a rubber boot around it) isn't missing or disconnected. ....
