Massey Ferguson MF 1190 Parking Brake Stuck

I have an older MF 1190 with a lot of hours. I have used what I call the Emergency Brake located by a pedal in the middle of the bottom of the dash. There is a pedal next to it which released the brake. It has either broken or come undone and I cannot release the Emergency Brake. Any help appreciated.

Do you normally use it? Don't you have to depress the foot pedals to release the load on that brake lever? ....
