Poweer steering on 471XE has about a half turn of slack in it going down roda in road gear wears you out lot of play also when it sets for a few days you have to turn the wheel back and forth for a while to get the steering to work any ideas

Does it have hyd or mechanical linkage? If hyd check oil levels and if mechanical with pump check both linkage and oil levels. ....
