After tilling with a rear mounted tiller and seeding a new lawn, what is the best way to cover/till in seed? If my compact tractor is used it makes tracks in the loose soil.

I used the flex harrow on the back side, but had trouble with the lawn germinating. Normally you spread it and run a rake over it using the back side and then roll it.
I was doing a big area so I power spread it and then ran the harrow over it.
Some one must have a better method or maybe my seed was bad? ....
