Hi I am a Garden Tractor guy who is looking to buy a bigger machine. One thing that is holding me back is whether I will be comfortable runing a belly mower on a B7500 across the slope in picture number 3 in the link at the left here or the link below.
The dealer says I will be even more comfortable going across this grade with a 4wd B7500 then my Garden tractor.

The grade looks to be about 20%. Is that right?
If so, you should not have a problem.
I am not sure that I agree with your dealer about the comfort level compared to the lawn mower, but that is only my opinion. It feels wierd to me to traverse grades like that. Certainly your dealer could back up his opinion by bringing the tractor out for a test spin.
Certainly you will not have a problem if you drive up and down that grade, but I assume that you want to trim close to the trees with a MMM. ....

With the Garden Tractor I get a little uncomfortable traversing the hill about 20 feet before the water well head in the picture when I am at the row level of the well head, funny thing is I feel much more comfortable when I am driving towards the source of the camera shot than away from the picture taker.
The section of lawn on the slope is about 350 feet long and going up and down would be a major pain. ....

The slope at its worst point drops 29 inches in 10 feet which is 29/120 inches = 24.3 % is that the way you figure it?
Is that Ok to traverse in a compact with a belly mower? like I am now on a Garden Tractor? ....

First off, nice looking yard. Secondly, the B7500 with a MMM will have no problem holding ground with what is being described. One of the benefits that your dealer should have pointed out to you, is that the B7500 is capable of widening the rear tire/wheel footprint just for this scenario. I mow with comparable size oranges with RMM's without hesitation. The other consideration, would be to have your tires loaded offering you better travel stability. In either event, the B7500 will perform fine on this grade.

you do have a slope, that is all you don't have a hill, nor anything to worry about with a B series tractor as far as the grade. Nice looking setting by the way! ....

What I was trying to say in my first post is that the comfort level with operating a tractor on a slope is a
"learned response." Experience makes all the difference.
I think that when people move from a garden tractor to a larger CUT, there is more movement and it takes a while for them to get comfortable. Also, with the CUT being larger and more powerful, you need to be more cautious in general.
But, to me, the difference between a CUT and garden tractor is like day and night in favor of the Compact Tractor.
24% slope should not be a problem. Just take it easy at first.
One other thing, with your nice lawn, you are definitely going to want Turf tires on the tractor.
