Purchasing Used Kubota B7500 HSD w loader

I came across a dealer in Northwestern Wis where I live that has a two year old Kubota B7500 HSD with loader & 168 hours for $10,000.

How does this compare to purchasing a new model? Is the used unit fairly priced?

New this one would be about $12400, with a 3 year warranty. Sounds reasonable if in mint condition, however I would opt for the new one to get the 3 year warranty. ....
