Want to know reasonable value of L2850 with 4WD and Kubota FEL

I am looking at a 1986 L2850 with 4WD and Kubota FEL. Tractor has 1250 hours, tin fair and ag tires at about 40%. The tractor seems mechanically sound but cosmetically only fair -- seat broken, tachometer broken, some rust, etc. Is 1250 hours a lot of hours? Seller is asking $8,500 - is this a fair price?
