Kioti LB1914 throttle inactive

Good day,I was using my Kioti LB1914 tractor but the throttle was not working. I need to move the gas pedal up and down with my foot to control the rpm .What should I be looking for to fix this?

So I got a chance to look at my tractor today, and after removing the plastic cover under the steering wheel so I could see the gas linkage I cleaned and lubed the joints I'm back in business . ....
