Kioti 1914 Tractor Wiring Harness and Dash

I am looking at an eight year old LB1914. It has a damaged wireing harness and dash board from an electrical fire but everything else seems ok. Before I go any farther I would like to find out about how much a new wiring harness and dash board might cost and who might have them for sale.
