I am working on a 1994 LB1914 Kioti. The problem I have is the rear PTO. It has a shift lever that can engage and disengage the PTO as well as select high or low speed. It is currently engaged and will not disengage (lever will not move with clutch full out). Also, I understand that there is supposed to be a linkage that dis-engages the PTO if the three point mount is lifted above a certain point. This doesn't happen. Any ideas?<br>
