Where can I get seal kits for a KL 130 loader? Kioti wants $280 for each cylinder and $309 for a new cylinder which is rediculous IMHO for the seal kit.

Hydraulic cylinders are generic in nature. With the exception of a few odd-balls out there, most any cylinder can be rebuilt with common replacement kits.
Take your cylinders to any good machine shop or even one of the better welding and fabrication shops in your area. Seal kits are usually in stock, and the repair takes less than an hour.
If you already have your cylinder apart, you can take some careful measurements and get a replacement seal kit for about 25 bucks. Check SurplusCenter.com for specs and pricing.
