i have a ck120 and find that if i start up in the AM my present good battery will turn over. As i work one hour it drains until it won't crank over when i next try to restart. I have 180 hrs so i assume the generator is good. What would cause a battery to have poor crank after running the engine?

After it starts turn the key off. Unless that model has an electronic shutoff, it will keep running though you won't have the horn or lights. If the battery stays fit you'll know that when the ignition's on, there's a drain, such as a short, to look for. ....
