CK30 Gear Shift Broke

I have about 65 Hrs on my Kioti CK30 gear shift. Have had the pivot pin on the gear shift lever break twice. When that happens, you're stuck where it breaks unless it's in some gear. Anyone else have this problem?

I have been on their site and sent a description of my problem and also to the dealer that the Tractor was purchased from, but am still waiting for any reply.

Update: My dealer says there is no known problem with the gear shift design and has put two pins in the mail to me. Hope this solves the problem. Other than this problem, I love the tractor and it has exceeded the expectations that I bought it for!
