tradtortips indicates the ID plate is on the rear of the TX case below the pto. They give serial numbers ranging 1000 in '81 to 24298 in '88. If you take the 24925 part of the ID you have as the serial number then the tractor would be an '89, which tractortips indicates was the last year of production.
There aren't many specs for the tractor on the site. 14 pto hp and 18558 lbs. weight are given. ....

This tractor is listed as being sold on 27th of September of 1988. It was sold from a dealer in Taylors, S.C. ....

Always learning something around here. I guess the tractortips data give the serial numbers by year as of jan 1 rather then dec 31, which would likely put it as an '88 as JD indicated. I can't tell the dealer and date sold from my Ford 1710 ID plate. I can tell the day of the week and production shift when it came off the assembly line though. ....
