My dealer, whom I bought my 425 from, has an 01 4100 with 165 hours on it. It has a 410 fel, 60"mmm, 48" snowblower, 54" hydraulic front blade, turf tires and extra set of industrial tires and rims which were never used, and 15 cu.ft. trailer. He is asking $19k. I know he gave $16.5 k on a repo. I'm thinking of offering 17.5k for whole lot and then trying to sell the blade and spare wheels and tires. 3 questions: 1. is this a fair price from dealer? 2. is my offer fair? 3. Should I trade my 01 425 w/150 hrs or sell it private?

Selling private usually always yields more for you..
As for the 4100 price its not many hours and it includes good attachments specifically the blower being the most expensive!! No difference between a new unit (feature wise) so you dont lose out there in value...see what he says on your offer
which is fair as long as everything comes with it...
