I suppose its the busy season for these? Did they mention with the new supplier, is it the same style? IMHO its the style you want, because the drum units stick out farther and less compact in tight areas -plus they look funny :)

The brand that I have is made by Midwest - there should be a few dealers that carry them. However there are others that make the same shape and form (and may be mfg by Midwest for them?)

I can see mowing as a very relaxing experience (most times when Im doing my own lot). gets me away from the nagging pests called humans for a few hours - but there are times when you just want to "blink" and have it done :) for me the ZTR gets me a close as it can be for me - without blinking ;)

To be honest Lbrown59 if you are worried about $400 after buying two of the exact same tractors (bx1500) on top of what you already have (bx23) and a Cub cadet 2500 series. At anytime during these purchases, did you not think of the ditches and banks? if not then why all the machines? <br>

Its a solid unit and will last a very long time. Honestly cant remember the amount for shipping, its been soo long ago, but it wasnt much back then. Also you save on taxes, so that should offset shipping charges. I havent broke a tine/plug yet, and the sharpness hasnt dulled on the tines either. Believe me i bounce it on everything

Joining this late but observed while it was in motion, I do find it surprising that folks find it startling that the membership has dropped - I think just having a thread called "pointless and hostile" pretty much sums it up.
In my opinion it’s always a recipe for disaster - and as true in life, sometimes you get what you asked for. This site is not alone in discovering a membership drop off in direct relation in having a religion & politics, or a down right "pointless and hostile" thread. The problem is easy to see and identifiable. I’m surprised that site likes this and others didn’t address it immediately once the link was positively identified.
I have been around for a good amount of time and I used to freely contribute in both time and membership. I have since stopped for sometime already not by accident. It is was it is until things change I guess...just my .02 worth

I think you can find a bigger machine and less hours for a few dollars more IMO....I would look at models such as 4100, 4110, or maybe 4115 There are many good condition low hour machines looking for a new home ;)

With the speeds of wireless now approaching or even surpassing wired (100 Mbps threshold)it makes wireless even more attractive....

Dont forget to assign the MAC address of each P.C to the router - its another way on top of encryption of preventing unwanted access

I just assumed everybody would assume that the suggestion of having dogs is that they would be behind fenced in areas. Free roaming dogs are never a good thing, and typically brings more problems than its worth.
However having them behind fences and the buffer between getting to your front door is the desired effect.

I Figured Cub 3000 series owners would benefit on what is available to them. The machine is a 3204 (same as 3100 series today) with the 45" blower, quick attach hitch, and Simms cab.<br>

That price is real high, Im guessing about 6k too high from my last quote TLB....You might want to look at a Woods backhoe (Bh6000 I think) it will fit on the 2210 and it is a sub frame mount...otherwise look at some used machine because you will lose too much in a trade in based on those figures

I got mine from an advertiser here and I'm very happy with it...a solid unit made by Midwest with pitch and angle adjustments....I use 60" on a 20hp/17 PTO machine and as long is it covers your tracks thats probably all you need.
72" would be too big for my machine and not easy to work with...
