Will not start after three months storage.
I changed the fuel, plugs, coils, battery.

Plugs are firing, plugs are wet with gas, engine turns over great, fuel lines and pump working great. It's in Neutral, plenty of gas, not even a spit or spirt.

Help me ID why it will not start.

Neutral safety switch? Can I bypass NSS to test to start?

Our Gator has a real problem with fuel gelling and clogging the carb if you don't use gas stablizer before storing for such a period of time. I see that your plugs are wet but you also say they are firing. My guess is you are either not getting enough gas to start or so much the engine is flooding. Have you check the gas in the tank to be sure you don't have water builted up during storage to the point it will not start? kt ....
