Back at that time and actually the mid fifties propane was choice as well as gas for tractors. Diesel fuel was the winner in the end of most tractors. With having the extra gas in this country I'd think that to restore and have one that is still propane would be a good project although I know I'd be lost with the system to work or repair it! ....

Propane tractors here just were not. Either gas or diesel. If you need help on the system you might could find it with some of the fleet trucks mechanics for those are used it seems wide spread. ....
