I have a friend that has a lenar (piece of chinese junk tractor) anyhow is ther a place to buy parts for them.

Insulting the very group from which you hope to get some parts leads - isn't a very bright way to open the subject Allen. If I was a Lenar devotee, I'd just ignore you and move on. But your attitude is clearly not your friend's fault, so it seems reasonable for him to simply start with the company itself (link below). If he can't get parts direct, stands to reason at least they'd try to point him in the right direction.
