My new JM-180

I just picked up my new used JM-180 (03 blue)
and have a few questions.
The guy said it only has 7 hours on it. Where
is the meter? Also the two levers on the
right side seem to indicate the diff lock.
Which one is the lock, and what is the other?

The outside one will be the diff lock. If the other one says ENG/DIE on the knob, it's the PTO engage/disengage lever.
