Unless the Hinomoto factory set up to export to the US, they had no reason to translate their manuals, so none may exist in English. But there are possible work-arounds.
If there are enough of them here to make it worthwhile, someone might have had the Japanese ones translated and reproduced. Parts manuals need the least translation, so they might be available. Or if they were exported to, say, Ireland or Tasmania where they speak English, you might be able to find a dealer there with some still in stock.
Or google "hinomoto manuals" and hope they're OK. And some sellers on ebay claim to offer manuals in disk form. ....
