Here is a link that might be helpful to those who want to use non-OEM filters. I buy my water filters here and Dennis is very good at returning phone calls and E-mails. Very helpful guy. Good place to do business.

Can't answer to that, I am sticking with OEM for now with tractors and cars, but Dennis seems to be a real straight shooter and as you can see from his web site he does nothing but filters. He can probably give you all the comparables. I had a particular type of water filter I was looking for and he found it in less than a day. ....
