I have a craftsman 42" model 917.270820. Everything worked fine until I decided to change the blades. Put 2 ramps on the back of my tailgate, and elevated tractor and changed blades.
Since then, the right rear side of the deck is about an inch higher than the left rear side. Although, the front of deck is even side to side. Wha happened ??
How do I adjust or remedy without screwing up the front of the deck ???
Need Tractor Wizard to advise as to solution !!
Thanks,
John

Some mower blades have a bend in them between the mounting surface and actual cutting blade. Are all the blades the same that were installed? Could one be mounting up side down? I've seen this happen lots of times. ....
