When on a grade or work load the clutch is slipping. I know how to adjust the external linkage and have done so without success. According to the manual there is an adjustment to be made between the separating lever head and the thrust bearing. I see the location on the diagram on the manual, but I don't know how to get to the adjustment.

Haven't physically adjusted that specific tractor, but all the Chinese makes I've encountered take similar adjustments. What they call the "thrust bearing" is actually the throwout bearing. What they call the "separating lever head" is actually one (of three or six) clutch release fingers. The gap between the bearing face and the fingers is adjusted by altering the length of the external pull rod between the pedal and the external clutch lever.
Is that the adjustment you already made?

The adjustment you referred to is the one I already did with no results. I assumed by looking at the manual there was some other type of adjustment that could be made to eliminate the slippage of the clutch. ....

That adjustment isn't related to slippage anyway, it's to fine tune the engage/disengage points. I fear your main drive friction disc may be shot, but first it would help to know if you can count three or six fingers through the inspection window.

I had a problem with my Foton 404 clutch not releasing.
Had use fuel shut-off while working clutch free.
Eventually worked the clutch free so there was release and able to shift gears.
Look at your mechanical linkage to clutch and you will see two
(2) adjustments. One is a back-stop. The other is a linkage extension. ....

What you're calling "a backstop" is the pedal stop to which I referred above. What you're calling "a linkage extension" is where you adjust for the specified gap between the clutch release fingers and the throwout bearing face.
