Starter for a Terraplane HELP

I have a 35hp Terraplane tractor. It has been a good repliable tractor, but now finding out the downside to offbrand chinese tractors. Does anyone have any idea where I can get a starter for this tractor?

Check that it is the starter and not a cable problem, then take it to a shop that rebuilds starters. ....
