Sickle bar mowers: Single action & Double action
Drum mowers: T-165- 28+ HP or T-135 22+ HP

The sickle bar mowers are best used trimming under fenses and rocks. A single action mower is more durable than a double action SB mower. The double action mower is expensive and very time consuming to fix.

The drum mowers basically you change the blades and it never clogs up and lasts 20+ years. $1,800 new

Just curious, what is the difference between single- and double-action sickle bar mowers? I have NH351 7 ft. sickle bar but ahve never heard these terms before. ....

Ironpeddler, some of us PAY to be 'premium members' on this site, we do this because the Webmaster, Dennis, provides us with a wonderful forum and it's worth it to us.

If you also think this is a valuable resource to you might I suggest that you approach Dennis and inquire of his ADVERTISING RATES. ....
