Does anyone know how to turn up the fuel on a Belarus tractor to gain horsepower

Any injector/pump service shop will be able to do this for you.

It's not the sort of thing for the average person to experiment with.

Turning up the amount of fuel is just one part of making extra horsepower, you also need to get more air into, and back out of the engine too.
