When engage Belarus 400AN, makes LOUD popping noise. Any directions available on removing brake shoes appreciated.

Try contacting the distributor, according to their website they have parts & service manuals and maybe can offer some tech assistance over the phone too.

Also according to their website they have several dealers in the Carolinas.
