Well it too some doing but Kubota gave me a full refund. I wrote them a certified letter and and got with the Lemon Law people and the dealer was told to give me a full refund. I will now go and purchase a real machine. It will be a 3010 diesel Mule. I am done with Kubota and will never purchase another Kubota product again.
If any of you have one, take it in and have it checked out. never know, you might be having [roblems and not even know it.

I've not had the problems you have had with any of the Kubota products fortunately. I'm glad to see that you made out well with your problems which says a lot for them. ....
