Ah ha, I do have a wiring harness!

The other day while loading wood into my FEL bucket with the engine on fast idle the engine made a funny noise like when you hear the jake brake on a big rig. It only lasted a second and hasn't done it since. Could this be a indication of pending doom or could it be a drop of water going through the injectors?

Great, have you ever used the sheet metal screws that are used to attatch a metal roof? I have lots of them left over from a roofing job.

Yes I understand your point, but that is a PITA, I want it when I want it, know what I mean? I have use for one once or twice a month and it's the one implement that I wish I had the most. Any idea what they would cost, I'm thinking around 4-5 for a Bush Hog brand.

Well thanks to all for the insight. I have owned this tracor now for 5 years and have put on 400 hours. I have changed the oil and filter once each spring. The hardest work it sees is bush hogging. I feel better know knowing it could last me the rest of my days at this rate and a little luck.

I have back problems and I use a back reast cushion that covers the entire seat with lumbard support, I got it at a drug store, it helps me, it might do the trick for you. I will add about 3 inches to the back rest.

Well I happen to own a B2150 4 cyl, it's not hydrostatic. Mine is a tank, bought it 6 years ago with 1200 hrs for 6,000, it only had a belly mower.It starts no matter how cold it gets here in upstate NY. I have since sold the BM and addeed a Bush Hog FEL, Bush Hog brush mower, Bush Hog back blade, Bush Hog PHD. The only thing I had go wrong was the Mid PTO seal leaking, I couldn't use the MMM with the FEL anyway, so I removed the spline and made a blanking plate to stop the leak and sold the Bely Mower for 900.00 and bought a comercial grade Ferris zero turn to mow the lawns. I did put 3 new tires on her and she now has just short of 2,000 hrs. Oh and I had to replace the water pump last year. I don't know how much their asking, but the tractor was a winner for Kabota. Like any tractor maintainance is key.Hope this helps

OK will change again in the fall, thanks to all for the help. One thing I found when I went to change the filter. I had to remove a brace used for the FEL to access the screene covering the filter, a pain, but do-able

Hey everyone. I have about 15 acres that is horse pastured for two horses. My problem is the ever increasing whipple tree seeds accumulating around. Does anyone one have a good idea as to how to spread them out. I know some people go around and pick them up, but frankly don't have the time.

Well if you must dig a hole, what we do on jobs where we caqn/t get a big hoe in is build a tent out of plastic sheeting over the area you want to dig and rent or buy a salamander and blow air into the tent, leave a vent hole and you would be surprised how quickly it it soften up. The frost will just suck up going for the heat.

Thanks to everyone for the very good insight and advice. What I was planning on doing was ploting one or two strips mayby 100 yards long by 50 yards wide. I was hopeing to brush hog and then till. I'm glad I talked to you guys, as the testimonies of buyers of the disc's say that the lite discs just ate up the virgin ground, "no problem" got love em!
