A few days ago, I posted the following message regarding my need for an owner's manual for my LB1714 -
I have an LB1714 and require an owner's or service manual. I will pay for reproduction of one if it is available. Have contacted Kioti customer service via e-mail with no response. (Is this indicative of their level of service, I wonder?)

A couple of days later, I received an email from Jeanette Ingram at Kioti, apologizing for the delay and telling me that, although they didn't have an LB1714 manual, they would send me an LB1914 (basically the same) manual via UPS. It arrived a day or so later - no charge to me. I was very impressed by their level of service and wanted to pass it on.

Like I said before, I have E-mailed Kioti customer service several times and they have gotten back to me within days every single time. ....

I doubt that you could beat that.
I am not sure that most local dealers would know what the LB1714 is at least in the states as it predates the original importation. There were a few dealers in Canada but I am sure that here were likely few tractors sold.

I fly a $5,000,000( yes five million $$)medical helicopter for a living. If we received the same timely and quality customer service that we receive from Kioti we would have 2 $5,000,000 helicopters.

Vince: What do you think I'm doing wrong when I try to contact Kioti USA. I've called and left messages and E-mailed as well and to date have not had an answer. The dealer has given me names and phone numbers also. I wanted to use the front PTO but I don't want to screw up my warranty in the process and like I said I can't seem to get through to Kioti. Any help would be appreciated. ....

I have no answer for you on why they are not getting back to you.
Can't your dealer give you an answer on the front PTO uses and warranty ? He should at least be able to get the answer for you from Kioti.
I think I saw your tractor sitting in front of Carquest in Shippenville last Saturday, but I didn't have time to stop and visit. Maybe next time !! ....

Try using a direct email address - JIngram and then the at kiotitractor.com
Maybe Jeanette will be able to help you out - let her know about previous unsuccessful attempts.

Caselton: thanks for the help Ms.Ingram has her stuff together and this whole business with the PTO and no contact is being handled now. Vince appreciate your input as well the dealer did get the info from Kioti but had health problems and forgot about it by the time he got back to work. I didn't ask but I'll bet his ears were burning also. Any way if what the service tech said holds up the set up I had on my Kubota may fit this tractor. Kioti has the sleeve etc. and the warranty remains in effect the guy said "the front PTO is fully functional" so I'll use it. ....
