I have a L2900GST and am planning on getting a bigger machine I need a loader with a higher lift to load my truck I was looking at the L5030GST but it doesn't seem much bigger than I have I plan on test driving a TC55 And was thinking maybe the TN65 any input would be helpful I have a Ford F650 with a high sided dump 106" I don't care if I have to dump and than level th bucket to back up as I don't load the truck often I like the GST Kubota has but the clutchless shuttle on New Holland seems almost the same

I have a Ford F-800 with 11R24.5 tires and a 7 yd body. I do not know the hight of the sides, but my TC45D with 16LA loader can load it with a little bit of forward roll. I believe the new loader for the TC55 is the 18LA which lifts higher and holds about 500lbs more than the 16LA.

I have heard more than a few folks complain about the TN series being underpowered and unhappy with the speed of the hydraulics. I have no personal experience with them. My guess would be to go with the TC55a. It is more or less a development in series from the TC45 which seems to have many happy customer. AC5ZO can give you a good run down on his likes and dislikes on his TC45. ....

TN series is MUCH heavier than the TC55A. Hydraulic flows are much more 16GPM standard with the PowerShuttle. The PowerShuttle is similar to Kubota's GST only that it is a hydraulic reversing transmission. GSS allows shifting speeds on the fly, the TN's PowerShuttle does not. The TC48/55DA EHSS is similar in function the the TN PowerShuttle. We have sold dozens of TN's and I have not heard low power complaints except on the 55 model. The 75 is very powerful for its size. ....
