A while back I was chatting with the owner of the dealership I deal with, he has been in the farm Equipment business a long time, I think he is the 3rd generation in the business. While I was speaking with him an employee of his came in to collect a few bucks from him, the company had a 'lottery pool' and all employees contributed and would share in any winnings.

At the time the grand prize was over $30,000,000 so I casually asked him if he would sell out retire if they won the big prize.

Without hesitation he replied, "Nah, I'd keep running this place until I ran out of money."

The sad part was he wasn't far off reality.

Think hard, several times over........

Murf that sounds just like farming. The bad part of any buisness is that it is only directed by the working owner. the direction it goes is from buisness climate and competition! ....
