Fuel shut off solenoid will not pull on when key turned on. With key on you can manual engage and it well stay engaged until key turned off This is a new solinoid and has 3 wires to switch. Has power on red wire . ground on black and nothing on white.
Other ? On key ignition switch I found a disconnected yellow wire . Any idea.
I don't have a shop repair manuel on this so many help would be highly appreciated

It sounds like one of two possibilities.
The solenoid is shot or the wiring to it needs cleaning up. I'd start with cleaning up all the connections, especially the grounds. A bad connection will limit the current and cause exactly what ou're describing.
