I have fuel to the low pressure pump from the fuel filter, no fuel flow from high pressure side of pump to injectors. does anyone have the procedure to restore fuel flow. i tried loosening the fuel lines and cranking with no luck.

Not being a fuel system expert but it sounds like there is a valve in the circuit not opening.

What happened here? Did you run out of fuel or did it just stop or failed to crank one day or you changed out filters and it will not crank?

I tell this often and not aware of any issue with the suggestion: to verify fuel issue get a helper, take care of WD40 and shoot short burst into air intake while they are cranking the engine. The engine should start and run as the WD40 burst hit it. If it does then fuel issue. But check for either manual emergency cut off cable pulled, electric solenoid not working, sure what it sounds like. ....
