I appear to have an electrical problem with my tractor. When it has run a while and has warmed up it mysteriously shuts down and the yellow PTO light comes on. Even when I am not running the PTO. Also now when I put on the brake lock and the transmission is in neutral if I get up off the seat the motor shuts down. Again it seems to do this when the motor is hot, not when cold. Has anybody had this problem and how do I fix it?

Under your seat, there is a little tab that completes an electrical circut. When you hop off the machine, if in is not in neutral, and the parking brake is not fully engaged, your machine will shut down after about thirty seconds.(That's about how long it took me to climb off the machine, and up onto the backhoe before my machine would die. Very frustrating.)Hope this helps. ....
