Under your seat, there is a little tab that completes an electrical circut. When you hop off the machine, if in is not in neutral, and the parking brake is not fully engaged, your machine will shut down after about thirty seconds.(That's about how long it took me to climb off the machine, and up onto the backhoe before my machine would die. Very frustrating.)Hope this helps.
