Your best bet is to compare prices at tractorhouse.com
You'll be able to see what the dealers are asking, for both new and used machines, as well as what individual owners are asking. (Click on tractors less than 40 horsepower)
The lowest price isn't always the best deal. Kubota offers 0% financing for three years on certain models. If you have to get a loan through your local banker, in order to purchase a like-new used machine, it might pay off for you in the end to purchase a new machine at no interest.
From what I see on tractorhouse.com, you're going to be looking at about $16,000 with loader and backhoe. The mower deck will be extra. There is always some wiggle room in price negotiations, but don't expect a whole lot.

My dealer just quoted me these prices:
BX25 TLB: $15,500
60" MMM: $1,695
LandPride Rotary Cutter RCR1548: $1,095
Woods 48" Box Blade: $775
Taylorway 48" Harrow: $975
Posthole Auger 6" bit: $925
Total: $20,965
With this package I will be able to do everything I can imagine on my 7.5 acres!

I would recommend looking at the New 2009 BX25TLB. It may be about $500.00 to $1000.00 more but has a bunch of improvements! Well worth the extra money. Plus it will have higher resale value down the road.
