I was changing the Hydro fluid tonight and realized I could not get the hydro screen nut off. It is bigger than 1" SAE.
I will go and buy the proper size socket if someone has already been through this. It it on the tractor right side next to the hydro filter. I have not taken the screen apart before so this will be the first time I get to look for "metal" at 84 hours total time.

Has anyone else had trouble with this nut? It seems painted on ?
Thoughts or suggestions to get this bugger off?
